Why nowmatters.health exists
Germany is short of nurses, and the gap grows every year. In Southeast Asia, there are well-trained nurses who want to work here. If the two sides still struggle to find each other, it is not for lack of will, but because of the path in between: lengthy recognition, a lot of paperwork and little transparency.
It started with something personal. Erik experienced in his own family how hard it is to find good care. After a study semester in Kuala Lumpur, he wrote his master's thesis on recruiting nurses from Southeast Asia and realized that there was no tool that covered the whole path.
We develop the platform together with care providers, associations and specialist agencies. We build what is actually needed in practice.

Fair
Nurses pay nothing. A large part of the costs goes into training and preparation on site.
Honest
We do not promise timelines that the authorities cannot keep.
Data protection
Our platform's data is stored in the EU. Employers only see what they need for their decision.
